Le Poujol/Orb is a small village in south of France, in the heart of the Haut Languedoc Regional Park, amidst vineyards, hills, rivers, gorges, etc. Outdoor enthusiasts will find plenty of activities to enjoy (hiking, climbing, mountain biking, canoeing & canyoning, etc...), and the "Passa Païs" greenway is nearby. On-site amenities include a grocery store, bakery, café, small weekly market, primary school, and pharmacy.

The entrance to the house is through the terrace; the entrance hall leads to 2 parts of the house and a shower room. On the right, the kitchen, dining room, and the conservatory; on the left, 3 adjoining rooms that you can arrange according to your needs (living room, bedroom, or office...) + 2 bedrooms upstairs, one with a toilet area (to be renovated).
The entire lower part of the house is composed of a garage, cellar, workshop, etc., accessible via stairs from the terrace, as well as through an alley at the back of the house. Plus, a second garage, not attached, at the corner of the street.
Access to the two accommodations is independent (door directly onto the street). The apartments are currently occupied and rented respectively for €300 and €320 per month. One of these apartments has a private garage.
